FAQ
What is the difference between a ready-made and customized plan?
With a ready-made plan, you send the selected plan and platforms for a quote. With customization, you add optional modules; modules already included in your plan are not charged again.
How is pricing calculated for multiple platforms?
The plan price applies to your first selected platform at 100%. Platform 2 is 100%, platform 3 is 80%, platform 4 is 60%, and platform 5 is 40% of the plan price. Selection order matters, not the platform name.
How are optional module prices calculated?
Module prices depend on the selected platform sides. If you select only mobile or only desktop platforms, the "mobile or desktop" price applies. If you select both sides, the "mobile and desktop" price applies. In monthly mode, module prices are calculated by dividing the lifetime price by 50.
Is Android required?
No. Android is selected by default, but you can remove it and choose only Windows or Web/PWA. At least one platform must remain selected.
How are plan-included modules shown?
Modules included in your selected plan appear as "Included in plan", selected, and locked — they are not added to the invoice again.
Is the calculator total the final quote?
No. The displayed amount is calculated from your selections and will be reviewed by the Websaran sales team before the final quote is issued.
What does technical support include?
Support covers system bug fixes, security updates, and technical guidance. SLA details are defined in the final contract.
Can I add plans, modules, or platforms later?
Yes. Websaran's modular architecture supports gradual upgrades without a full rebuild.
